We visited a while back for the Big Omaha Conference, and were taken back by how much the cities have embraced the third wave coffee culture. It was only a matter of time before we ventured back to feature a few new roasters that are doing their town justice on the coffee front.
Lincoln is the capital of the U.S. state of Nebraska and the county seat of Lancaster County. The city covers 92.81 square miles with a population of 277,348 in 2015.
